- High Overall Uptime: The 87.5% of validators in the dataset maintained very high average uptime during Week 28. The most common uptime range was between 99.5% and 100%. Some of the bottom 10 happened due to changing of active set position. We had one validator got jailed this week, MPC Vault. Also this week Pectra upgrade is activated on Mainnet.
- Voting Power (VP) Changes: There was a net increase of 2,183,647 in voting power this week, with 3,072 unstaked and 2,186,719 newly staked.
- Delegator Changes: The number of delegators increased by 2 this week, moving from 582 to 584, a 0.04% decrease week by week.

It’s a bit disheartening to see these numbers. Given that validators are operating on Story’s delegation, is there a plan to actively grow the user base or work toward product market fit? Right now it feels like stagnation, curious if there’s a clear strategy to address it.
