Hook Whitelisting Process

Hello Story forum,

Jacob here from the Developer Relations team. I am here to discuss the whitelisting process for adding new license hooks to our protocol.

License hooks allow IP owners to add custom logic before minting license tokens or registering derivatives. Currently, we have two license hooks that can be viewed here: 🪝 Hooks - Story Documentation

New hooks can be whitelisted, however there has not been a clear process as to how this can happen. So I have created new README instructions on our registered-modules repository which contains all of the approved hooks supported on our protocol.

I would appreciate any feedback on this process outlined below.

# Story Registered Modules

Welcome to the repository for Story's registered modules. This repository serves as a comprehensive list of both `core-modules` and `hook-modules` that are verified and safe for use within the Story ecosystem. We encourage contributions and invite module developers to submit their modules for registration.

- **Core Modules** can be found [here](https://github.com/storyprotocol/protocol-core-v1/tree/main/contracts/modules).
- **Hook Modules** can be found [here](https://github.com/storyprotocol/protocol-periphery-v1/tree/main/contracts/hooks).

## Steps to Register Your Hook/Module

To get your hook/module verified and listed in this repository, please follow these steps:

1. **Develop your Hook**: Fork this [this template repository](https://github.com/storyprotocol/hook-dev-template) and begin developing your hook. It already includes an example hook with tests against our Aeneid protocol.

2. **Fork this Repository**: Fork this `registered-modules` repository to your own GitHub account.

3. **Update the Module List**: Add your module's details to the appropriate JSON file according to module types in the repository. Make sure to **deploy & verify on block explorer** your hook on both aeneid and mainnet. Ensure that you adhere to the following JSON structure:
